Paper Planes Sizing
Most Paper Planes pieces do not need measuring. Snapbacks, truckers, buckets and dad hats are one-size adjustable, and apparel runs standard unisex sizing.
There is exactly one place the fit risk concentrates: fitted caps. A fitted has no closure, is sized in eighths, and cannot be adjusted after the fact, so that is the one worth spending a minute on.
Headwear
Adjustable, no measuring: snapbacks, truckers, dad hats. Sized S/M and L/XL: bucket hats. Sized to your head: fitted caps.

The best answer is trying one on
Crown depth and head shape affect a cap's fit in ways a circumference does not capture. If you are near one of the 56 stockists, that beats any chart.
FAQ
Do I need to measure for a Paper Planes hat?
Only for a fitted cap. Snapbacks, truckers and dad hats are one-size adjustable, and buckets are sized S/M and L/XL.
How does Paper Planes apparel sizing run?
Standard unisex, cut straight across most of the line. Fleece has more give than woven pieces.
What if I'm between sizes in a fitted?
Go up. A slightly loose fitted is wearable; a slightly tight one is not.
